By creating an account, completing a purchase, or accessing any part of the Luno IPTV streaming service, you enter into a binding agreement with Luno IPTV (the “Company”). These Terms apply to all users including trial subscribers, paid subscribers, and authorized resellers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Luno IPTV provides an internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video on demand (VOD) content, movies, and television series via internet connection. The service requires a compatible device and a sufficient internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K streams). We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel, program, or piece of content, as channel lineups may change at any time. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless a separate reseller agreement has been executed.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Luno IPTV shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. You may not share credentials with third parties or exceed the number of simultaneous streams permitted by your subscription tier.

Subscriptions are offered in fixed-term durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months. Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout. All prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency where available. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.

You agree to use the service only for lawful personal streaming purposes. Prohibited activities include: reselling access without written authorization from Luno IPTV; sharing login credentials beyond the number of connections permitted by your plan; using automated tools or bots to access the service; attempting to reverse engineer, intercept, or circumvent any portion of the service infrastructure; recording, rebroadcasting, or redistributing streamed content; and any use that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws.

All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials accessible through the service remain the property of their respective owners. Luno IPTV does not claim ownership over third-party content delivered through the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the service. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of streamed content may constitute copyright infringement under the laws of the United States and applicable international treaties.

Luno IPTV targets a service uptime of 99.9%. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions. If unplanned downtime exceeds 48 consecutive hours due to an issue on our infrastructure, you may contact support to request a prorated service extension.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet all of your requirements, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luno IPTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the service at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused subscription time except as provided in our Refund Policy. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately and your credentials will be deactivated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action proceeding against Luno IPTV.
