By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below. We encourage all new customers to use our free trial before purchasing to ensure the service meets their needs.
Luno IPTV offers a {trial_duration} free trial with no credit card required. The free trial provides full access to all channels and features, giving you the opportunity to evaluate the service completely before making a payment. We strongly recommend using the free trial prior to subscribing. The availability of this trial is our primary method of ensuring customer satisfaction before any financial commitment is made.
Luno IPTV delivers a digital streaming service. Once a subscription is activated and login credentials are delivered, the service has been provided in full. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for used subscription time or for cancellations made after account activation. This policy is consistent with standard practices for digital streaming services and is disclosed prior to purchase completion.
We will review refund or service extension requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase where: (a) Your account was not activated and credentials were not delivered within 24 hours due to an error on our part; (b) A significant and persistent technical failure originating from our infrastructure rendered the service completely unusable for more than 48 consecutive hours; (c) A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 24 hours of identifying the issue. We reserve the right to offer a prorated service extension in lieu of a monetary refund at our sole discretion.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: (a) You changed your mind after credentials were delivered; (b) You selected an incorrect plan, duration, or number of connections; (c) Streaming issues were caused by your local internet connection, device, or home network rather than our service; (d) Buffering or quality issues resulted from an internet connection below the recommended minimum of 25 Mbps; (e) Your account was suspended for violation of our Terms of Service; (f) More than 24 hours elapsed between experiencing the issue and contacting support.
Initiating a credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of these Terms. Chargebacks impose significant administrative costs and may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We request that you contact [email protected] before initiating any dispute, so we can work toward a fair resolution. Accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.

Submit your request within 24 hours of experiencing the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 2 business days.
